Christ said we are the light of the world. He said that we are not to hide this light under a bushel but that we are to live as examples of holiness and Godliness in this dark world. With our projects, which are focused on serving and blessing, we are committed to demonstrating the love of Christ without forsaking the gospel. We regognize that we are to be salt and light, not salt or light.

Concerned Christians Canada is encouraging Christians, who are called by Christ's name to stand for Christ, and when they have done all to stand, to stand having girded themselves with the armor of God. We are sounding the trumpet call to all men and women that love the Lord to be the watchmen over the nation that we are called to be.
Our nation, although founded by men who believed in the God of the Bible, has markedly departed not only from holding the Bible up as THE authority for and above all men, but has substancially departed from honoring the God of the Bible.
There are many attacks on the Biblical definition of the family. God has blessed his definition of marriage, other choices bring curses, not only on the adults but also on the children and on the society that embraces those choices.
CCC is committed to explaining the benefits for God's design for marriage. As an organization, we are also committed to promoting God's model, to individuals, groups and politicians.
In this day and age, youth are hurting. Whether it be that they have been wounded by sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual abuse, at home or elsewhere, or broken by "dating" which has left them abandoned and broken, whether they have had stability and security robbed from them due to their parents divorcing, or any of a myriad of other problems, children are more and more hopeless and need to know that Christ is for them if the turn to Him. Dear Friends of the God of Israel, The Calgary Mayoral Vote has demonstrated the kind of rot that has set into our democracy, fueled anew by each graduating class of public school students, many who have bought the lie of godless secular humanism as a way of life. ( voter increase to 51% notwithstanding.) Of course, this is complicated by significant numbers of people have moved in from the east who have also known only Liberalism as a background. Happily there are many political conversions among them when they see life which works with less governmental 'nannyism.' In this recent City election, the deadly combination of Opinion Poll Augury and Social Media Tribalism has resulted in a ground shaking revolution in Calgary. And it has sent a very misleading signal to the world about what really makes Calgary work and be a refuge to immigrants of many backgrounds. That is the past Christian Heritage based on the God of Israel. God's permissive will has allowed this to happen, but it is indeed a judgement from His hand. Feel free to distribute the enclosed opinion editorial which I have submitted to the Herald. Given the screening of letters in the first two days after the vote, I doubt whether it will ever be printed. I will have more to say on this week's edition of Gospel Road at 2 pm Sunday October 24th on AM1140 radio. We will examine the corrosive effect of public opinion polling and how it inevitably produces voters who do no own up to their democratic duties, delegating all to the poll masters and those that selectively publish the misleading drivel they produce. In tandem, having just completed an unsuccessful run for Public School Trustee in Wards 11 & 13 -(Thank you all 1577 voters who mark me on the ballot). I would like to examine the constitutional basis of education in Alberta from the 1905 Alberta Act which created this Province. Most people may not be aware that our Province, in addition to being required to support a separate Catholic School System, are also required to support a Protestant School system province wide. This Protestant system has been hijacked by secular humanists who are teaching a foreign religion to our students that has no constitutional authorization. For years, freedom to establish our own private schools or home school has kept most Bible Christians on the sidelines of public education, but now it has come back to bite us with a vengeance. Soldiers coming back from Afghanistan are now confronted with 40 % of Calgary's active voters that placed in our highest civic office, an ideology that perpetuates the war to which they have been called to sacrifice they lives if necessary. This will be a source of great shame to us in the upcoming Remembrance Day services. Make no mistake, for in the Muslim religion, there is absolutely no separation between religion and politics. This to a lesser degree is true of our historic Christian moral values as well, but the secularists have brainwashed most to believe that we operate on secular values with no harm done.
