At Concerned Christians Canada, we are committed to speaking out and bringing the truth of God's word to bare on all aspects of society and life. Speaking into the culture is in fact being the salt of this world that Christ called us to be.

Christ said we are the light of the world. He said that we are not to hide this light under a bushel but that we are to live as examples of holiness and Godliness in this dark world. With our projects, which are focused on serving and blessing, we are committed to demonstrating the love of Christ without forsaking the gospel. We regognize that we are to be salt and light, not salt or light.

Concerned Christians Canada is encouraging Christians, who are called by Christ's name to stand for Christ, and when they have done all to stand, to stand having girded themselves with the armor of God. We are sounding the trumpet call to all men and women that love the Lord to be the watchmen over the nation that we are called to be.
Our nation, although founded by men who believed in the God of the Bible, has markedly departed not only from holding the Bible up as THE authority for and above all men, but has substancially departed from honoring the God of the Bible.
There are many attacks on the Biblical definition of the family. God has blessed his definition of marriage, other choices bring curses, not only on the adults but also on the children and on the society that embraces those choices.
CCC is committed to explaining the benefits for God's design for marriage. As an organization, we are also committed to promoting God's model, to individuals, groups and politicians.
In this day and age, youth are hurting. Whether it be that they have been wounded by sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual abuse, at home or elsewhere, or broken by "dating" which has left them abandoned and broken, whether they have had stability and security robbed from them due to their parents divorcing, or any of a myriad of other problems, children are more and more hopeless and need to know that Christ is for them if the turn to Him. Find out how CCC is reaching out to youth.
We need your prayer support.
God is our source and our provider, but he uses people like us to pray for one another, to edify one another and to build each other up in the faith. He uses people like us working together in the Spirit of Christ to change lives. Find out how CCC is encouraging the body of Christ to work together to Pray, Act and Make a Difference!

For those of you who believe that President Obama holds to strong Judeo Christian values please review the following: Obama does not believe in the Christian view of salvation (Jesus said - "I am the way the truth and the life no man comes to the father but by me") - http://www.godtube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=62e5b7270066e102db11
Bottom line Obama is pro-choice not pro-life: Abortionists talk about reducing unwanted pregnancies. Pro-Lifers talk about loving the child no matter the circumstance. Christian pro-lifers promote abstinence and sexual relations within the context of marriage, abortionists and pro-choicers promote the free access to contraceptives so that people can have as much sex as they want no matter what situation they are in and not have to "worry" about an "unwanted" pregnancy.
As Christians,
we cannot take this stand. God intended sex to be within the context
of marriage, and our God is a God of laws and He has consequences for those who break
His laws. Like it or not, Bible based Christians should not advocate for
methods of allowing sin without consequence. Barack Obama is undecided on whether life begins at conception and he would expand access to contraception. He is rated 100% by National Abortion Rights Action League on pro-choice votes in 2005, 2006 & 2007, and rated 0% by the National Right to Life. He thinks moral arguments from pro-lifers are counterproductive. He supports Roe v. Wade and will protect a “woman’s right to choose” whether she kills the unborn child in her womb. Abortionists say, "My body, my choice" but they are not talking about painfully dismembering their own body, they are talking about doing it to another persons body which happens to reside within theirs. Killing a child outside the womb is illegal, killing a child of the same age within the womb is not (in both the US and Canada). But God says "Thou shall not murder", and abortion is murder.
Senator Obama:
Voted NO on defining unborn child as eligible for SCHIP (State Children's Health Insurance Program). (Mar 2008)
Voted against banning partial birth abortion. (Oct 2007)

Voted YES on expanding research to more embryonic stem cell lines. (Apr 2007)

Voted YES on $100M to reduce teen pregnancy by education & contraceptives. (Mar 2005)
The Illinois Born Alive Infants Protection Act was modeled after the federal version, with the identical definition of “born alive.” The World Health Organization created this definition in 1950. The United Nations adopted it in 1955. Obama actively opposed the legislation in the Illinois State Senate. In 2001, he voted no in committee, spoke against it on the Senate floor, and voted present on the floor. In 2002, he voted no in committee, spoke against it on the Senate floor, and voted no on the floor. Obama was the sole senator to ever speak against it on the Senate floor. The U.S. Senate passed the federal bill unanimously, with Senators Barbara Boxer and Ted Kennedy speaking in support of it. The pro-abortion group NARAL expressed neutrality on the federal bill. On August 5, 2002, President George W. Bush signed it into law. For four years Obama has said he would have supported the federal version, but that simply isn’t true. In 2003, as chairman of the Illinois Senate's Health and Human Services Committee, Obama voted yes on an amendment that made the Illinois version identical to the federal one. However, he then voted no on the amended bill. (Note the first vote under “DP#1” or “Do Pass Amendment #1” was to allow the amendment to be added, making this bill identical to the federal Born Alive bill. The second vote under “DPA” or “Do Pass as Amended” was on the bill as amended. Obama voted to amend the bill and then voted against the amended bill.) View the Republican State Senate Staff analysis here. Click here to see a comparison of the final federal version of Born Alive and the 2003 IL version Obama opposed. It has been speculated that the IL Born Alive bill became unnecessary after passage of the federal bill. This is not true. The federal legislation was focused on Federal laws only, ensuring that for purposes of federal law, the terms “human being,” “person,” “child,” and “individual” include all born alive infants. The Illinois statute ensures that the same is true for purposes of Illinois law. The two bills are complementary, and the Illinois legislation was necessary to ensure that born alive infants in IL and not at a Federal hospital were fully protected under Illinois law.
Barack Obama "...answering that question with specificity... uh... you know is, is... uh... above my pay grade."
~ Saddleback Forum, August 16, 2008 Obama mocked the Bible's value publicly during the election speeches - http://www.godtube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=76822072c0beaf313ad2 All of the point above should clearly demonstrate that Obama does not share God's view on these critical issues of personhood, which are the basic fundamentals of life and liberty. If you like Obama because he is attractive, funny, charasmatic, black, young, energetic, or just because he has a personality you like, wonderful, invite him for a barbeque, but as for promoting him to other sincere Christians, please stop.
